We met Teresa in Dec. 2002 at an open house in North County when we were considering a move from Philadelphia. This trip focused on choosing the areas where we’d like to look for a home. We talked to her of our intentions, and she corresponded with us by phone and email over the next 6 months when we returned to Philly. As we found properties on the Internet, Teresa gathered more information for us and went to look at the “possibilities.” We returned to CA in late June 2003 for 2 weeks to “find the house”. Teresa arranged her calendar for our trip so she could literally spend full days with us driving around looking at properties. She completely devoted herself to our search and kept us laughing with her wonderful sense of humor and charm. She was so easy to work with. We never felt pushed or pressured, and she kept reassuring us that we’d find the house, and indeed we did. Teresa minimized much of the stress of buying a house on the other side of the country, and was there to support us whenever we needed her. And the very best part of our house hunting trip was that we made a wonderful new friend!
Teresa gets a A+++ from us! She is an excellent realtor, a good researcher, a “stress management coach,” and an honest and dedicated person with a warm and loving heart.
